Questions pilgrims ask
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad on iOS 15 or later, and Android devices through Google Play.
Which languages are available?
The interface is in Arabic and English, and the smart assistant understands questions in other languages.
Do I need internet?
Most services need a connection, such as the smart assistant, live stream and Seyaha.
How does the smart assistant work?
Type your question and get a guidance answer. For detailed religious rulings, please consult qualified scholars.
Does the app collect my data?
No. HAJJ i does not collect or share your personal data, and your location is used on your device only with your permission.
Does the app use my location?
Only with your permission, to show prayer times, the Qibla and your distance to the Kaaba.
Does the app issue visas or Hajj permits?
No. HAJJ i is a service app and does not replace official authorities or their platforms.
How do charitable services work?
They are provided through a partner platform that opens in the app, such as water, meals and expiations.
Is there a discount on Seyaha bookings?
