The HAJJ i app
The app does not collect your personal data or share it with anyone. Your preferences (such as language and theme) are stored on your device. Services that need your location, such as prayer times, the Qibla and your distance to the Kaaba, use it on your device and only after you allow it; you can withdraw permission in your device settings at any time.
Partner services
Some services open inside the app from partner platforms, such as Seyaha and the charitable services. Anything you enter there is processed by the partner under its own policy, so please review it before use.
This website
This website does not track you without your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to measure usage in aggregate, without data that identifies you. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
The contact form
When you write to us, we process your name, email, phone number (if provided) and message for one purpose: replying to you. We do not keep this data in a website database; your message reaches our team inbox and is deleted once handled, within 12 months at most.
Your rights
You have the right to know how your data is processed, to access it, to request its correction or destruction, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise any right, email us at apps@hak.com.sa; we reply within the statutory periods.
